All physical books purchased through Sword-In-Hand Publishing are handled and shipped by Amazon. Refunds, returns and exchanges are only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After the 30-day courtesy period, patrons are no longer eligible for these services. To initiate a return, first visit Amazon’s Online Return Center and request a return authorization from Sword-In-Hand Publishing. All virtual, electronic books purchased through Sword-In-Hand Publishing are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. If you are having technical issues, are unable to download or view your PDF file(s), or are encountering any other type of issue regarding your file(s), please contact Sword-In-Hand Publishing, describe the issue, and we will work as quickly as possible to resolve the matter.
